How do I Buy Games?
It's Easy! Simply pick a title and click the buy now button. Once you have made your payment through paypal or cloudswipe you will receive a receipt via the email you paid with. In your receipt will be a download link(or your Steam keycode depending on the purchase). Click the link, download your game, and have fun!
Some Greenlight Games Are Still Being Developed, Do I Receive Content Updates As The Title Progresses?
Yes! When our developers send us a new build we will upload it and send out an email to all those who own the title to inform them of the new content.
Will I Receive A Steam Key Code When A Title Is Released On Steam If I Purchased While It Was On Greenlight?
No. There are some exceptions depending on the developer and the promotion, however as a rule of thumb expect not to receive a key. Think of it as access to games that may not make it on Steam or paid beta's. You will however still be able to use the last build you downloaded and some developers may continue to update their builds on here if possible.
I Won A Giveaway But Haven't Received My Free Game?
Never fear! If it has been more than 24 hours since you won your giveaway on steamcompanion simply send us an email at support@bundletown.net and we will be sure to log in and make delivery.
